Martin Aldridge

Martin is a Partner at Princecroft Willis LLP chartered accountants, one of the largest independent firms of chartered accounts on the south coast of England. Martin has been engaged to deal with financial matters for the company.

Martin does not hold a formal position on the board but works closely with the CEO and board of directors on all financial, strategic and business matters affecting the company. Martin is also involved with corporate governance and business development. He trained with Grant Thornton and has an MA in Corporate Finance and Control.

Steve Bachman

Steve has thirty years experience in sales, marketing, operations, and corporate management in the technology industry with startup and fast growth technology products and service companies.

Steve's experience includes a successful track record with self funded and venture capital funded businesses, with multiple successes in creating shareholder value through profitable company growth and sale of businesses to McAfee, Xcelerate, Renaissance, NetIQ, and Computer Associates.

Rupert Cook

Rupert Cook is Head of Technology M&A at goetzpartners Corporate Finance, Chairman of 360Amigo and advises several growth-stage technology businesses.

Rupert has experienced technology corporate finance from every angle over the last 23 years. He was one of the founding team to build up an IT Services business from scratch in the late '80s, through to sale to a UK PLC eight years later. Since then, he has bought and sold technology businesses both as a principal and for clients around the world. He has carried out numerous commercial due diligence exercises for banks and private equity companies, run fund-raisings for and sat on the boards of over a dozen innovative technology businesses and also acted on the other side of the fence as a venture capital investor. As well as in technology in general, Rupert has built up particular experience and knowledge in the security software sector over the last seven years.

Before joining goetzpartners, Rupert was Corporate Development Director at Prevx (acquired by Webroot in 2010), Head of Advisory Services at Interregnum plc (now Parkmead Group plc), Senior Manager at Capgemini plc and Director at ACN (acquired by Delphi Group plc in 1997).

Rupert is the author of two business books, 'Selling Your Technology Company for Maximum Value' (Harriman House 2009 and 2011) and 'Leveraging Competitive Advantage from the euro' (Financial Times Prentice Hall 1999).

Martin Oxley

Martin has over 21 years experience in various Sales and Marketing positions in Technology start-ups including Dove Electronics, Designer Technology, Marshal Software, Maxnet Ltd., Rocket Languages, and Image Analyzer.

Martin was a founder and Director of Marshal Software Ltd (now M86), a world leader in Internet Filtering Software. Martin's most significant role here was building an International Distribution Channel covering 35+ countries prior to Marshal being sold to NetIQ for US$25m in December 2002.

Martin continues to be involved with a number of private Technology based businesses.
