Crispin Pikes

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Cris initially started his career in IT Security in 1999 setting up a small reseller providing two key products - Firewalls and Content Filtering. In 2001 Cris sold "Secure" to Cygnus Technology Solutions, a company he later acquired as Sysec Ltd in 2005. After his first successful IT business disposal Cris opted to assist a little known New Zealand vendor create a channel in the UK. Today M86 (Previously Marshal) has one of the major shares of the UK email content filtering market. After the initial VAR channel was established Cris began to add more products to the portfolio, the next of which was Ciphertrust (now McAfee/Intel) where Cris was instrumental to the initial product sales (Brunel University, Cadbury's Schweppes and the Health Protection Agency) and subsequent market adoption. In early 2003 Cris & Co-Founder Marcus Janson (Previously Sophos/Dr Solomons) decided to create another Security focused VAR to profit from the huge potential that was currently being experienced within the IT Security channel establishing Sysec.


Recognising the importance of Intellectual property ownership and annuity revenue Cris established Image Analyser in July 2005 after the initial R & D phases had successfully completed. At this time the industry was experiencing expedited growth as vendors' adopted new features such as antispyware to enhance the already existing antivirus solutions. It was only a matter of time before issues associated directly to image became an immediate problem for consumers and businesses alike. In recent years the issue has been further exacerbated with the proliferation of devices such as smart phones and social media. The business was modelled to provide best of breed Image scanning technology to already established vendors (OEM) who wished to add this key feature to their existing portfolio of products or services.

Nick Drew

Director of Business Development

Nick has 20 years experience in global sales and marketing. He has spent the last eight years in the global Image Analysis technology sector, negotiating strategic alliances and partnerships at board level and managing distribution partner networks. He has a detailed and exhaustive knowledge of the IT security market and relationships with all of the key vendors.

Nick heads up the business development function of Image Analyzer which drives the expansion of the licensee base and revenues globally. Prior to joining the company Nick had a successful career in global consumer product distribution management.

Randhir Shinde

FOUNDER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Randhir Shinde is the Chief Technology Officer and founder member at Image Analyser where he oversees the long term technical direction for the Image Analyser products. Randhir is a successful entrepreneur with an experience of more than 16 years in Software Development.

Randhir has headed numerous projects which are widely used in the industry worldwide. He believes and advocates pure software engineering and has been instrumental in lots of innovative projects which have received international recognition.

Prior to Image Analyser, Randhir established Kalpadrum Group which grew rapidly and achieved a reputation for technical excellence and outstanding customer service. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.

Stephen Tye

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Stephen Tye has over 12 years experience in content security and filtering technologies.

Prior to Image Analyzer, he was the founder and Managing Director of Vigil Software Ltd a value added security distributor based in the United Kingdom. Vigil Software distributes solutions from leading vendors such as M86 Security, Safend, Proofpoint and LogRhythm

Stephen also formerly held the Asia Pacific Channel Manager position for Marshal Software Ltd (M86 Security)
