Cris Pikes – Chief Executive Officer

In 2001 Cris first became involved with the IT Security Market. Working for two years both as a reseller and then distributor gave Cris a good understanding of how the IT market place operated.

In May 2003 Cris launched his first IT security company Sysec Ltd, the company was established as a value added IT security integrator, but slowly the business evolved into supplying the channel (Manufacturer, Distributor & Reseller) with specialist IT security skills

In May 2005 Cris accomplished his first acquisition by purchasing Cygnus Technology Solutions Ltd a £3.2M turnover IT Security Integrator based in Birmingham UK to expand Sysec’s presence in the market.

Cris is still involved with the day to day management and strategic direction of Sysec and the business continues to thrive today with anticipated revenues in excess of £5m during 2006/07.
