The Image Analyzer SMTP Relay is a Windows SMTP service hook, which scans all emails that pass through the Windows SMTP service.
The product scans the image attachments of all emails routed via the Windows SMTP service. Furthermore the product utilises Image Analyzer’s advance anti pornographic image analysis technology to determine if the images are illicit in nature. Before routing the message on, the software places a tag in the header of the email denoting whether it believes the image attachments to be clean or suspect. The header tags can then be identified by a third party email content filtering solution and the appropriate policy applied to the email.
The Image Analyzer STMP relay allows spam and email filtering managed service providers to implement a solution with minimal or no in-house development resources.
