More bad press for another organisation who failed to scan emails for pornography.

The Australian Defence Force has become the latest organisation to suffer adverse press coverage as reports that more than 100 men are under investigation over allegations involving disgusting emails and photos degrading women.

The allegations date back to an initial incident in 2010 and centre on the use of Defence computers and the internet to produce and distribute emails and photos in widespread email chains.

These headlines and the consequences for those involved can be avoided if simple affordable, effective image and video scanning technology is added to the email system.

The technology, when deployed, ensures that users are dissuaded from using the email system of their organisation for inappropriate purposes and ensures the organisation is compliant and employees and staff are protected from their own behaviour
